Clinical software · Australia and United States

Clinical software with no digital engine bringing leads in. I built one, then kept running it for eight years.

The problem

DoseMe sells precision dosing software into clinical settings. The product was strong and the buying process was not.

Clinical software has a long, careful sale. The people who evaluate it are clinicians and pharmacists, the people who sign for it are administrators, and nothing moves quickly. That makes the front of the funnel matter more, not less. If nothing is reliably bringing qualified interest in, the pipeline is whatever happens to arrive.

There was no digital engine doing that job.

What I built

A lead generation engine, built to run continuously rather than as a campaign.

The distinction matters. A campaign produces a spike and then stops. An engine is a set of connected parts that keeps working: demand captured and attributed properly, leads qualified before they reach a salesperson, a CRM that reflects what is actually happening, and reporting that shows which parts are earning their place.

Because the sale is long and spans two markets, the measurement had to be honest about lag. Judging a clinical software funnel on this month’s leads tells you very little. The system was built to show leading indicators early and revenue later.

The result

Leads grew ten-fold.

The part I am prouder of is the second number. Eight years on, they are still a client. The engine was not handed over and left to decay. It has been run, measured and rebuilt as the markets and the product changed.

Long client relationships are the clearest evidence that something kept working after the invoice was paid.
